Position: Café Manager
Location: Undurba State School, Ogg Road, Murrumba Downs 4503
Type: Casual– Term Time Employee (approximately 20 hours per week)

This is an exciting opportunity! Managing a new Cafe means you have the chance to create something unique and reflective of your vision. You will be a part of setting the vibe and creating something that can evolve over time.

Responsibilities:

Daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Manage café, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Develop and implement menus that cater to the tastes and dietary needs of our school community.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.

Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and managing budgets.

Engage with customers, providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or feedback.

Requirements:

Previous experience in café or restaurant management.

Barista experience a must

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Passion for food and beverage service, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Working with Children Blue Card Holder or willing to obtain.
