About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Store Manager / Senior supervisor to join our small Noosa team!

This role is perfect for someone with some supervisor or hospitality experience who's ready to step up.
You'll work closely with the owners to lead shifts, support the team, and make sure our customers have the best Happy Pops experience.

This isn't a big corporate management job - we're a tight-knit crew, and everyone gets hands-on. You'll be serving, smiling, and leading by example.

Hours, pay and position are flexible - we’ll tailor the role for the right person!

What We're Looking For

✅ Available to work a mix of day and night shifts
✅ Available over summer holidays and public holidays (our busiest and best time!)
✅ Friendly, confident communicator with great energy
✅ Some experience in retail, hospitality or customer service
