Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise automation workflows in n8n integrating Microsoft 365 Drive, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta platforms

• Implement AI-powered content automations such as caption/hashtag generation, video clipping, and content scoring

• Automate campaign and sales reporting dashboards using Google Sheets or Looker Studio (Data Studio)

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to identify and implement new automation opportunities

About you

• Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier (n8n preferred)

• Experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier is acceptable, with any of the three platforms meeting the requirement

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier

• 1 year of total experience required in marketing automation platforms

• Comfortable working across Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, and Meta Ads

• Advanced Shopify experience including API integration

• Must have experience with basic API calls for Shopify integrations

• Full-stack expertise required for Shopify API integration and development

• Familiar with OpenAI API / GPT, FFmpeg, or similar AI-driven tools

• Familiarity with any AI-driven tool is acceptable, including OpenAI API/GPT, FFmpeg, or similar technologies

• Advanced optimisation experience with OpenAI API/GPT required

• Enterprise-level implementation experience required for OpenAI API/GPT optimisation

• Strong analytical mindset with a balance of technical precision and creative marketing insight

• Must have valid Australian work authorisation
