You’ll spend your days screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and driving the recruitment process from start to finish. As the People and Culture team member in Brisbane, you’ll be the go-to recruitment expert, building relationships across the business while thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This is initially a 12-month contract, but with the company’s expansion, there’s a very real chance to transition into a permanent role and grow your career with them.

About You

You’re not just a recruiter, you’re a relationship-builder and go-getter. You love moving fast, thinking on your feet, and making things happen. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Agency recruitment experience (1–2 years is perfect) or proven internal recruitment skills.
• Background recruiting white-collar professionals or experience in professional services.
• A talent for juggling multiple roles and candidates simultaneously without missing a beat.
• A proactive, outgoing personality. You’re confident introducing yourself, networking, and building strong internal relationships.
