Role Overview
As a Sales & Operations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in preparing competitive quotes and building long-term relationships. This position bridges sales and operations, ensuring smooth project handovers, accurate estimating, and compliance with all mandatory documentation. You will liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to keep projects on track and support the delivery team.
What You Will Be Doing
Managing client interactions, including first contact, site visits and follow-ups.
Reviewing and assessing demolition tender opportunities.
Preparing project scopes and organising information for estimates and tenders.
Sourcing preliminary quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
Interpreting tender documentation and developing accurate, competitive cost estimates.
Preparing and compiling tender submissions, pricing schedules, and cost breakdowns.
Clearly detailing inclusions, exclusions, and assumptions.
Providing contract support with a focus on managing variations, ensuring compliance with certificates, forms, and SWMS.
Acting as the key link between the site team, contractor, and office.
Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring consistent communication until final response.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in sales, estimating, or contract support within the construction/demolition industry.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
High-level organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Current Australian driver’s licence and White Card.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What We Offer
Full-time role based on the Gold Coast.
Competitive salary package: starting at $90,000 per year exclusive of superannuation.
Superannuation + vehicle + fuel card + phone.
Weekly pay.
