Our client is a leading property and development group delivering complex projects that shape the way people live, work and connect across Queensland. Known for their design-led approach and ability to balance commercial pragmatism with genuine architectural integrity, they manage a diverse portfolio spanning residential, mixed-use, civic and education projects.

With several major developments entering delivery, they are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their in-house design and development team. This is a rare opportunity to move client-side while still remaining closely connected to design.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as design guardian across multiple large-scale developments

Coordinating with external architects, consultants and contractors

Overseeing design documentation, compliance and construction progress

Translating project intent into deliverable outcomes

Managing design quality, budgets and stakeholder expectations

Contributing to design reviews and internal strategy discussions

What We’re Looking For

Registered Architect in Australia with a strong background in design delivery

Minimum 8+ years’ experience across multi-residential, mixed-use or commercial sectors

Excellent communication skills and confidence managing consultants and builders

Understanding of development processes, construction methodologies and local codes

Revit fluency and technical literacy

Professional, proactive and collaborative — able to represent the business with confidence
