Magden Constructions is seeking a Brisbane based, proactive and motivated Commercial Foreman - Fit Outs to become part of our expanding team. The business was established in 2011 and has enjoyed steady growth with many long-term clients. We provide a diverse range of fit-out and construction solutions spanning medical, office and commercial, fitness and residential.

Responsibilities include:

Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure quality workmanship on site

Ensure programme targets are met

All aspects of general carpentry

Ability to read plans, comply with standards, specifications and any other technical information relating to materials and methods used in constructions

Champion workplace health and safety and ensure all sites meet environmental and WHS requirements

Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, trades & suppliers.

Assisting Project Management with considerations to budget and time constrains

What we are looking for:

5+ years as a leading hand and/or site foreman with experience in commercial and fit-out project delivery

QBCC Supervisor Licence advantageous

Cert III Carpentry qualification is required for this position

Solid understanding of WH&S responsibilities and compliance

Excellent time management skills and attention to detail

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) with proficient written and verbal skills

Australian work rights or valid work visa required for this position
