About the role

Amazing opportunity for a Sales Director to join a national hospitality company with more than 15 years of providing operational excellence to high end clients across Australia.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and growing our hospitality sales team based in Perth, WA or preferred capital city. Reporting to the CEO, you will be instrumental in driving revenue and expanding our client base in the Australian hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets

Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to drive performance

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

Identify new business opportunities and lead or support the presentation process

Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other teams to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, ideally within the hospitality industry os similar industries

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels

Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making skills

Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams

Thorough understanding of sales methodologies and customer relationship management

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
