Sales Manager – Hospitality Furniture

We’re seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing QLD team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping venues and designers bring their vision to life.

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will:

Build and nurture relationships with hospitality venues, architects, designers, and procurement managers.

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across Queensland.

Drive new business development while maintaining strong repeat business with existing customers.

Work closely with our Sydney head office and design team to deliver tailored solutions.

Represent Mint Furniture at trade shows, showroom appointments, and client presentations.

This role is 100% from home and on the road. Our showroom and offices are in Sydney. Travel is necessary to Sydney and interstate regularly.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience (hospitality, design, furniture, or fitout background highly regarded).

Someone with existing strong relationships with Architects and Designers.

Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine, consultative approach to sales.

Confidence presenting to decision-makers and guiding projects from enquiry through to delivery.

A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
