About the Role
As an Account Manager at JCurve Solutions (ASX:JCS), you’ll manage and expand relationships with our Jcurve ERP customers across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll serve as the key contact for assigned clients, ensuring renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that drives long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing ERP customers and act as their trusted advisor.
Build strong relationships to increase retention and satisfaction.
Identify upsell opportunities for additional modules and services.
Develop Customer Improvement Plans (CIPs) aligned to client goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting data.
Support the sales process through demonstrations and solution scoping.
About You
3–6 years’ experience in account management or ERP/CRM software sales.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting or IT (ACCA/CPA preferred).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple priorities.
Commercially minded, proactive, and customer-focused.
