The Role
As a Commercial Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for a clean and well-supported portfolio of approximately 200 tenancies. This is a client-focused role with plenty of variety, where you’ll work closely with tenants, landlords, and contractors—without being bogged down by admin or red tape.
- Manage a portfolio of approx. 200 commercial tenancies
- Handle lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and inspections
- Build and maintain strong tenant and landlord relationships
- Manage arrears, lease breaches, outgoing reconciliations, and reporting
- Oversee fit-outs, maintenance, and ensure contractor compliance
- Deliver financial forecasts and meet key operational KPIs
What You’ll Need
- Experience in commercial property management
- Current Real Estate License
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
