The Role
As a Commercial Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for a clean and well-supported portfolio of approximately 200 tenancies. This is a client-focused role with plenty of variety, where you’ll work closely with tenants, landlords, and contractors—without being bogged down by admin or red tape.

• Manage a portfolio of approx. 200 commercial tenancies
• Handle lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and inspections
• Build and maintain strong tenant and landlord relationships
• Manage arrears, lease breaches, outgoing reconciliations, and reporting
• Oversee fit-outs, maintenance, and ensure contractor compliance
• Deliver financial forecasts and meet key operational KPIs

What You’ll Need

• Experience in commercial property management
• Current Real Estate License
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
