The Role
As our new Senior Account Manager, you'll take the reins of a diverse and dynamic portfolio of B2B clients, many of whom are leaders in their field. This isn't just about managing campaigns; it's about becoming a true strategic partner, trusted for your ability to deliver results and drive meaningful business outcomes.
You'll be the go-to expert across event marketing, telemarketing, and digital performance, providing proactive insights and hands-on guidance that helps clients scale. From crafting campaign strategy to optimising delivery and showcasing impact, you'll own it end-to-end, supported by a collaborative internal team who share your hunger for results.
You'll have room to lead, grow, and make your mark, playing a key role in shaping the client experience as CCM enters an ambitious phase of expansion across the APAC region.
A typical day might include:
Leading client strategy meetings and planning sessions
Managing a high-volume portfolio and balancing priorities
Collaborating with internal teams on campaign delivery
Drafting campaign performance reports and surfacing upsell opportunities
Preparing revenue forecasts and helping shape growth initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Act as the lead point of contact for key clients, offering consultative, strategic direction
Own the full campaign lifecycle, briefing, execution, optimisation, and review
Drive retention and expansion with a proactive, value-driven approach
Meet and exceed annual revenue and upsell targets
Develop deep client relationships built on trust, insights, and results
Create and present data-led reporting and recommendations
Contribute to internal process improvement and knowledge sharing
Represent CCM at events, conferences, and industry meetups
Skills and Experience
Proven B2B account management experience, ideally in digital or agency environments
Minimum 5-7 years of B2B account management experience required
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on ROI and client growth
Confident communicator and negotiator, able to influence at all levels
Skilled in proposal writing, campaign planning, and reporting
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft PowerPoint
Self-driven, organised, and resilient in a fast-paced setting
A true team player with a hands-on mindset and proactive attitude
Must possess Australian work authorisation as this is required for the position
