Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction with the full time support of a dedicated Assistant!

No leasing and no open homes required. Just focus on what you do best.

Working closely with our rental team in a supportive, energetic environment where we celebrate wins and smash goals together.

Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legislation updates.

Conduct rental appraisals to gain new business and add to our rent roll.

Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients and build long lasting relationships.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and build a strong professional network.

Requirements:

Agent’s Representative Certificate.

Drivers licence.

BDM experience is ideal, but if you're new and eager to learn, we’ll support you every step of the way.

Enthusiasm, self driven, and results focused.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Super + Commission.

Bonuses available for new managements and clients who decide to sell.

Full time admin support: all your paperwork and backend tasks handled, so you can focus on forging relationships with your clients.
