About Sakura House
Located in a vibrant basement space on Elizabeth Street, licensed to trade until 4AM.
100+ seat izakaya-style venue with a live music focus
Menu inspired by the depth of Japanese flavours and guided by the seasons’ finest produce
Extensive cocktail, sake and spirits list to match
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a chef
Ready to help shape a new venue from day one
Calm and focused in high-volume service
Passionate about flavour, leadership and hospitality culture
