About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and talented chefs who strive in exceeding customers' expectations and want to join a team that prioritizes diversity, inclusion in a professional and fun working environment

As a Casual Chef, you will be responsible to work in an assigned station / section of the kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high-quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept.

What we are looking for

A passionate chef, who is motivated, engaged and eager to keep learning

Creative individual who assists in menu planning, implementation and execution

Resilience to perform in a high performing, busy kitchen

Team player, who thrives in a collaborative and communicative workplace

Availability to work on weekends, evenings and public holidays

Minimum 2 years' work experience

Qualification in Commercial Cookery

Demonstrated in-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operations

Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and work health and safety standards will be essential.

A true desire to exceed customer expectations in a fast-paced environment
