Casual Chef Opportunity at Pennant Hills Golf Club (Beecroft – SYD)!

Tired of late nights, long hours, and unsociable shifts? Switch to a better vibe this summer!

Experienced CDP required

Approx. 20 – 30 hours a week available (7day rostering availability)

Motivated, reliable casual chef wanted to join our small kitchen team at one of Australia's most prestigious private golf destinations.

Work-Life Balance: Mostly lunch service (11-2pm ~ 7 days) however we also require availability to work some evenings and a weekend day. (shifts often end around (9/10pm if you are working an evening function).

Penalty rates on weekend and evenings (Clubs Award - Level 6 - CDP) From $38.35/hr+

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality dishes for our restaurant and function menus

Assisting in the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, stock management, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met

Providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications in hospitality or culinary arts

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef in a similar hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A friendly, professional, and team-oriented approach

Reliable Chef looking for regular casual work into 2026.
