Based in Tallangatta with WFH flexibility, you’ll:
support the Manager and Senior HRBP in the delivery of Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Performance Reviews, Investigations and Training
provide specialist advice, guidance and solutions across the organisation while building relationships with employees, managers and executives
deliver internal training, coach, guide, and empower People Managers to develop capability relevant to their area
To be successful, you’ll have:
completed a Diploma or higher in Human Resources and have relevant experience
demonstrated experience across a broad range of Human Resources functions and the ability to interpret policies, awards, agreements and legislation
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively, influence, and build relationships
excellent digital literacy, including SharePoint, Microsoft Office and MS Teams
knowledge of and experience using HRIS, particularly Employment Hero, will be highly regarded
