We’re Geckon, a Victorian energy business helping factories and workshops cut power costs through solar, heat-pumps and energy-efficiency upgrades.

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable person who’s confident talking to people and interested in learning industrial sales.

This role mixes field-sales support with warehouse and operational work — perfect for someone who likes variety and wants a pathway into sustainability and energy projects.
What you’ll do

Help run our “Sustainability by the Bean” café events — visiting cafés and nearby industrial areas to promote energy-saving programs.

Drop off flyers and book free energy assessments with local businesses.

Support the sales team with lead follow-ups and CRM updates.

Keep our Mitcham warehouse tidy, stocked, and ready for installs.

Assist with deliveries, event setups, or general site support.

What we’re looking for

Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys meeting people.

Comfortable speaking with café owners, factory managers, and trades staff.

Holds a driver’s licence and has reliable transport.

Organized, proactive, and willing to pitch in wherever needed.

Interested in building a long-term career in sales or sustainability.
(Experience in retail, hospitality, trade supply, or any customer-facing role is a plus.)
What we offer

Salary $60,000 – $70,000 + bonuses + super.
