Following their success in Brisbane and Sydney, they’re launching their flagship Melbourne operation and seeking a junior architectural sales consultant to join the team during this exciting new chapter.

This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to learn from industry leaders, gain hands-on experience in architectural sales, and grow into an integral member of the business. You’ll receive comprehensive on-the-job training, mentoring, room for growth into management and guidance to help you build strong client relationships and succeed in a design-focused sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Learn how to build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, builders, and other industry professionals

Support the sales process by assisting with client presentations, product selections, and project follow-ups

Participate in design consultations and understand how to position solutions early in the design phase

Collaborate with the interstate team and support the setup of Melbourne’s flagship showroom

Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

Contribute to territory growth through proactive outreach and client support

Skills & Experience

Background or strong interest in architecture, interior design, construction, or the A&D industry

Alternatively, experience or studies in sales and design will be highly regarded

Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and building relationships

Curious learner with a genuine interest in architectural products and design

Professional presentation and strong organisational skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow into a senior sales role over time
