Sales Assistant – HFP Attachments (Kilsyth, VIC)

HFP Attachments is a Kilsyth-based importer and distributor of high-quality earthmoving attachments. We're looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to support our busy sales team — helping customers, preparing quotes, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Employment Type:

Full-time casual initially, with the potential to transition to full-time permanent once both parties are happy.

About the Role:

In this hands-on role, you'll:

Assist with customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media

Prepare, process, and follow up sales quotes

Maintain and update CRM and stock records

Support marketing and sales activities

Liaise with warehouse and logistics to track orders and deliveries

Provide general office and sales admin support

About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced or familiar with the earthmoving or machinery industry

Confident and professional with customers

Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and CRM tools

Keen to learn and grow in a sales-focused environment

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the machinery industry will be highly regarded.
