Position: Sales Assistant – Smart Home & Consumer Electronics

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about consumer electronics, smart home technology, and product marketing. You’ll play a key role in learning and promoting innovative products, preparing compelling sales materials, and engaging with clients both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and learn about electrical appliances, 3C (computer, communication, consumer electronics) products, and smart home systems

- Write product introductions, promotional copy, and presentation materials (Word, PDF, PPT)

- Attend client meetings and present products with confidence and clarity

- Support sales activities and help expand local and international sales channels

- Travel to factories for product training and overseas client visits

Required Skills & Experience:

- Familiarity with common household appliances and smart control systems

- Understanding of TUYA platform integration and voice control setup via Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and PDF documentation

- Ability to work independently on product research and documentation

- Willingness to travel internationally for product training and client engagement

- Location: Melbourne-based with potential overseas travel

- Language: English proficiency required; Mandarin or other languages a plus
