THE ROLE.

In this role, you’ll be juggling a mix of tasks, from responding to buyer enquiries and coordinating site inspections, to hitting the road and showing properties to clients. It’s fast-paced, varied, and perfect for someone who thrives on action.

The team you are working with consists of Director, Senior Agent, Sales Associate will be forth member of this team

• Setting up properties for open home
• Booking in appointments & arranging meetings
• Showing through valuers, building inspectors and potential buyers
• Prospecting calls to uncover potential listings
• Preparing letters to go out to mailboxes
• Door knocking

• Traineeship Award, permanent full-time position approx $42,000 - $53,000 (depending on age as per award rates)
• 5 day per week role (with 1 day off during the week).

THE PERSON.
You will be the person who’s happy to help where needed no tasks is to small or big for you to give a go! You have no problem working back to 6pm to show a buyer through a property. You go above & beyond, you want a career in real estate & you are dedicated to success!

• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, and initiative.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
• CERT III or IV in Real Estate or Certificate of Registration – Assistant Agent (Applications will not be considered with out this)
• Possesses a valid NSW Real Estate Driver's Licence and have full time access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• Must be at least 18 years of Agent & graduated or currently graduating from high school
• We are looking for someone who lives within 30 minutes of St George/ Canterbury/Bankstown
