Like Our Own is seeking a Registered Nurse to take ownership of all things clinical. From assessments and escalations to quality, governance, and compliance under the upcoming Support at Home reforms.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, person-centred care and embedding the new Aged Care Quality Standards across our services.

What you’ll do:

Provide clinical oversight across all clients and services

Lead clinical assessments, escalations, and referrals

Drive compliance with new standards and reforms

Shape procedures and lead continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Experience in Aged Care and Home Care Packages

Clinical governance and compliance knowledge

Confident communicator and comfortable working remotely

Excited to lead change through the Support at Home program
