The Opportunity
We’re seeking a passionate Mandarin-speaking Registered Nurse to join our community care team. This hands-on role involves home visits, clinical assessments, and care plan reviews, with clear daily targets and opportunities for career growth.

You’ll start at Aged Care Nurse Level 2, with promotion to Level 3 after a 6-month probation period.

What You’ll Do

Conduct home visits and deliver clinical care and assessments.

Complete care plan reviews and documentation after each visit.

Meet set daily targets for client visits and reviews.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the team.

What We’re Looking For

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting.

1+ year of aged care nursing experience (desired).

Fluency in Mandarin and English – Cantonese highly favourable.

Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills.

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Please note: This role is based in Clayton but will relocate to Windsor within 6 months or sooner, so applicants must be able to work from both locations.
