Our vibrant, supportive, and fun team is now seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help drive the growth of our rent roll and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Listing and leasing new properties
• Prospecting and converting new leads to grow the rent roll
• Building and maintaining a strong referral network
• Conducting market appraisals and preparing landlord proposals
• Meeting daily and weekly prospecting targets
• Maintaining a database of prospective clients
• Onboarding new clients with exceptional service
• Collaborating with marketing to enhance lead generation and promotional strategies

What We’re Looking For

• 3 + year's Proven experience in business development within property management
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to quality, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Current Registration Certificate, Driver’s Licence, and Police Check
