We're on the lookout for a motivated, detail-focused Junior Administrative Officer to support our Accounts Receivable function. If you’re organised, eager to learn, and enjoy working with numbers and people, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

· Help follow up overdue customer accounts (don’t worry, we’ll support you!)

· Set up and maintain accurate customer records in our systems

· Assist with invoices, credit notes, and Centrepay deductions

· Respond to account enquiries and escalate where needed

· Provide admin support for NDIS claims and data entry

· Jump in to help with general finance admin and workflow triaging

What We’re Looking For

· Some admin or customer service experience (entry-level welcome)

· Basic understanding of finance/accounts is a bonus

· Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)

· Strong attention to detail, reliable, and organised

· Friendly, fluent communicator with a positive attitude

· Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Qualifications

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Working with Children Check – state equivalent (or willingness to obtain)

Evidence of full Australian working rights is required to obtain access to the PRODA system

Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module – Quality, Safety & You (or willingness to complete)
