Your Opportunity:

You will join an ASX-listed business on an initial three-month temporary contract, with a likely extension to support rapid growth and a system implementation. You'll be part of a close-knit receivables team of five, supported by highly experienced leadership.

You will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and monitoring collections from clients.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients. You will play a key role in maintaining a healthy cash flow for the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices for services rendered
• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable process, including payment allocations, reconciliations, and follow-ups
• Monitor customer accounts and proactively manage overdue balances
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
• Respond to customer queries and resolve billing discrepancies promptly
• Assist with month-end reporting and AR-related financial tasks
• Support process improvement initiatives and help implement AR best practices

About You

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience of Accounts Receivable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central is desirable
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
