We do more than collect the bin from your street, we also convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.
Our teams include Drivers/Operators, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, IT/Digital, Environment, Engineering, Industrial Chemists, Safety, Administration and much more . . .

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a JJ’s Administration / Accounts Receivable, you will support our depot operations in the Whitsundays region - based from our Cannonvale office.
You will be experienced, reliable and able to provide efficient day-to-day administration support to the team. Working in a dynamic environment, you will have the ability to learn quickly, demonstrate a willingness to undertake any task at hand, and have excellent problem solving and time management skills.
The role will include looking after large contract customers, predominantly mining companies (not commercial), receiving work orders, organising contract jobs and working closely with operations team across the region
We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.
This position is a permanent, full-time Monday to Friday role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the day-to-day Accounts Receivable functions
Monthly reconciliations and filing
Debt collection | Assisting with monitoring high volume ledgers
Managing a high volume of customer communication (emails and phones)
Accurate data entry
Administration duties | Customer bookings
Investigation of customer credit requests
Ad hoc duties associated with being part of a dynamic and evolving company
ABOUT YOU
Experience working in a similar role in Accounts Receivable or Administration
KPI and customer focused with the ability to perform under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
LMS, Training & Mine Site knowledge & experience will be advantageous
Able to work collaboratively in a small team
Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office capability
Excellent data entry skills and an eye for detail
Demonstrate the ability to be a quick learner in a fast pace and varied role
Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty and commitment
Ability to learn new internal programs and technology
Be proactive and strive to upskill | Willingness to learn
