We are looking for an experienced dental receptionist with loads of personality!

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of dental reception experience.

About us:

Dr Lou Waldie started Tooth Dental in 2015, with the intention of creating a place that was fun and nurturing for both patients and our team. The practice has grown to include 5 more wonderful dentists, 4 Oral Health therapist (OHT). The practice has recently expanded to a schmick new practice (two doors down) with the addition of 3 more surgeries.

We are located in the wonderful, leafy, inner-city community of Ashgrove. It's cheesy to say, but we have the best patients! Our patient base are total legends, which also means they have legendary family and friends, and word of mouth is our main source of new patients (and the ultimate compliment!). We work with cutting edge technology and have a great time doing what we love, with people we adore!

About the role:

This position is for a dental receptionist full-time over four days per week.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

The working days are flexible and negotiable within the four-day full-time schedule.

Skills and Experience we seriously rate 'round here:

Willingness to adapt to and learn new procedures, protocols and be open minded to feedback

Excellent communication, empathy and patient care skills

Reception experience would be an advantage

Exact software experience would be an advantage, but not essential.

Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.

You're kind, positive and naturally inclined to want the best for others

Bring great energy and have a good sense of humour!
