You'll join People Connect, our shared services team providing tier 1 support across the Eagers Automotive network.

We're the first point of contact for all things people, payroll, and systems, helping managers and team members find answers, fix issues, and stay compliant. It's meaningful work with plenty of variety — and a supportive team to back you every step of the way.

About you

You're proactive, approachable, and love helping others. You might come from HR, recruitment, or automotive background and be looking for a change of pace or room ot explore opportunities — what matters most is your drive to learn and deliver great service.

Understands HR frameworks — can navigate awards, policies, compliance, and their real-world impact

What You'll Do

No two days look the same. You'll:

Respond to employee and manager enquiries across HR, payroll, and systems

Support recruitment and onboarding in SAP SuccessFactors

No screening candidates or booking interviews! Focus on strategic sourcing and end-stage recruitment

Assist with compliance checks, data accuracy, and award interpretation

Troubleshoot system and process limitations and actively contribute to the solution

Identify opportunities to make processes smarter in a business hungry for innovation

As a national team, we operate between 7am-7pm AEST, so our team members typically work 2 days per week outside standard 9-5 hours. You may wish to start every day at 7am and we strive to find a shift pattern that works for each of our team.
