About the Role:

As Reserve Vault Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of security, compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the Vault team to deliver operational efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction.

Ensuring compliance with AML/CTF regulations, licensing requirements, and security protocols.

Overseeing daily operations including facility management, customer onboarding, and financial oversight.

Building strong relationships with existing customers and exploring new business opportunities.

Actively developing new revenue streams by engaging with:

Legal, financial, and professional organisations (e.g. QLS, financial advisors).

Banks, family offices, and bullion dealers.

Businesses handling high-value items such as jewellers and watchmakers.

Representing Reserve Vault at industry and networking events to increase brand visibility.

About You:

We’re seeking a confident, commercially minded professional who combines operational expertise with strong relationship-building skills.

You will Bring:

Proven leadership and operational management experience.

Strong business development skills and commercial acumen.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

High integrity and the ability to meet security licensing probity requirements.

Familiarity with the following will be HIGHLY REGARDED:

AML/CTF regulations

Ongoing Customer Due Diligence (OCDD) and AUSTRAC reporting and transaction reporting

Overseeing security and risk controls and audit compliance

Comfort working in a highly procedural, compliance-driven environment.
