· Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets

Client Relationship Management
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
· Ensure exceptional customer service delivery across all projects
· Manage tender processes and major contract negotiations
· Act as primary point of contact for major clients and projects
Operations Management
· Oversee all aspects of concrete pumping operations including scheduling, logistics, and equipment deployment
· Ensure operational efficiency and productivity across all job sites
· Manage fleet maintenance and equipment performance
· Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Team Leadership
· Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operators, supervisors, and support staff
· Foster a positive, high-performance team culture
· Manage recruitment, training, and performance management processes
· Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
WHS & Compliance
· Ensure full compliance with WHS legislation and industry standards
· Maintain and improve safety management systems
· Lead safety culture and champion zero-harm initiatives
· Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions
· Ensure all equipment, vehicles, and operations meet regulatory requirements
Human Resources Management
· Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
· Manage workforce planning and rostering
· Handle performance management and disciplinary processes
· Ensure compliance with employment legislation and industrial instruments
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Industry Experience
· Proven experience in the concrete pumping industry (minimum 5 years preferred)
· Strong understanding of concrete pumping operations, equipment, and industry dynamics
· Track record of successful business management and growth
Technical Knowledge
· Comprehensive understanding of WHS legislation and safety management systems
· Working knowledge of HR practices and employment law
· Familiarity with fleet management and heavy equipment operations
Leadership & Management
· Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams
· Strong people management and conflict resolution skills
· Experience managing operations under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
· Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
Licensing – ESSENTIAL
· High Risk Work Licence Concrete Placement Boom (PB) - MANDATORY
· Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Drivers Licence - MANDATORY
· Current C Class Drivers Licence - MANDATORY
· Willing to obtain additional qualifications as required
