We are looking for an Office Manager professional in a full time capacity here at our fun, vibrant office. This vital role requires someone who is dedicated and has a minimum of 3 years of office and/or sales administration experience under their belt.

Fuseco is an established company (29 years) in the electrical industry that is experiencing sales growth.
We are an importer and distributor with a focus on business-to-business sales.
We source a complete range of fuse, power quality, and test equipment products from all over the world and supply them to our customers in the various electrical industries in Australia and New Zealand.

The role
Office Administration
Maintain office supplies and consumables, ordering new supplies as needed.
Ensure the office is clean, safe, and well-organized for employees and visitors.
Manage cleaner, gardener & general maintenance requirements.
Manage our OH&S processes and compliance.
Manage trademarks, patents, domain names, etc.
Scheduling and Coordination
Arrange travel and accommodations for employees.
Coordinate exhibitions, including managing schedules & logistics.
Coordinate meetings & training sessions, including catering.
Greet guests & visitors, assist them in signing in, show them to the team member or meeting rooms & manage any requirements, such as food, drink, etc.
Organise company events or team-building activities, i.e. Fuseco summits, team dinners, Xmas party, etc.
Assist guests from overseas with their travel, including accommodation, visas, pick up & drop offs if required.
Sales Administration
Sales order processing.
Customer returns processing.
Customer payment allocations to sales orders & invoices.
Human Resources (HR) Administration
Employee onboarding and offboarding.
Employee documentation and record keeping.
Manage the company's volunteer days at our charity partner, Foodbank.
Technology and Systems Management
Ensure that IT & office equipment (computers, printers, etc.) is functioning properly.
Purchase new IT & office equipment as required, including managing the asset register.
Work with IT support to resolve technical issues and manage software or system upgrades.
Point of contact for all team member IT support requirements & create tickets for issues requiring external support.
What you will need
Excellent problem solving, communication and people skills
Minimum 3 years of office administration experience
A high level of attention to detail
Be able to tolerate questionable humour
Initiative, self motivation and a "whatever it takes" attitude

This position is based in our Melbourne (Cheltenham) office and reports to the National Operation Manager.
Salary: $70k - $80k (depending on experience) + Company Bonus + Superannuation
