About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and highly organised Office Manager to join our team at Ironman Vic, along side our director Randi Yousha. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, ensuring smooth operations across systems, staff, and resources.

As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and reviewing office services, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, including workplace health and safety (WHS) and company policies. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and thrives on keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of office administration, ensuring effective systems and processes are in place.

Contribute to the planning and review of office procedures and services to support operational efficiency.

Supervise and support office staff, including allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and promoting a positive team environment.

Maintain office records, databases, and accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

Oversee the management and maintenance of office equipment, supplies, and facilities.

Ensure the office complies with WHS requirements, relevant government legislation, and organisational policies.

Liaise with internal departments and external service providers as required.

Assist with reporting and administrative tasks to support senior management.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative leadership position.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and professional approach.

Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.

Knowledge of Australian workplace legislation, including WHS and Fair Work guidelines.

High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.

Basic knowledge of financial administration or bookkeeping will be highly regarded.
