We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the Director in managing at least three different financial services offices, ensuring operational efficiency and team success.
About the Role
The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations across multiple office locations, working closely with the Director and senior team. This role requires a proactive, organised professional who can balance compliance, administration, and leadership support in a dynamic consulting environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing communication flows between senior management, internal staff, and external stakeholders
Overseeing administrative teams and supporting the Director with scheduling and operational priorities
Driving efficiency through workflow optimisation, resource management, and project planning
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external financial services regulations
Coordinating HR processes, staff onboarding, and team performance monitoring
Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records to support decision-making and audits
Contributing to the continued growth of the business through process innovation and performance improvement
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Office Manager, Business Manager, or Operations Manager (experience in financial or superannuation services highly regarded)
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple offices and competing priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with directors, staff, and external partners
Demonstrated ability to lead projects, streamline workflows, and deliver high-quality outcomes
Tertiary qualifications (Certificate IV, Diploma, Degree, or higher) are desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based workplace tools
