A global insurance organisation is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their team in a standalone support capacity, based at their Melbourne CBD office. Reporting into the IT Support Manager based in the UK, you'll be part of a globally distributed IT support team, supporting users across Australia and APAC. Your new role
In this exciting role, you will be:
- Providing Level 1 & 2 IT support to ~40 users locally, and remote support across APAC.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across desktop and mobile environments.
- Administering Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, and bespoke applications.
- Managing IT assets, documentation, and procurement of hardware.
- Supporting global IT initiatives and liaising with international colleagues.
- Ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assisting in the delivery of IT projects.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in providing level 1 & 2 IT support.
- Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, Entra ID, Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange Online, Azure, Intune, Citrix and TCP / IP networking.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide support to executive stakeholders.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Microsoft, Azure, CompTIA Network+ and Cisco certifications are beneficial.
- Experience working in a standalone IT role or within a global organisation is advantageous.
