This national NFP organisation is seeking 2x Level 1/2 IT Support Analysts for permanent opportunities commencing as soon as possible! Your new role
In this exciting role, you will be:
- Providing 1st and 2nd level onsite and remote IT support to ~2,700 users across Australia.
- Supporting both Service Desk and Desktop environments.
- Performing account administration within Active Directory, Exchange, Officer 365, and bespoke applications.
- Assisting with IT related projects and contributing to knowledgebase documentation.
- Ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLAs in a calm and professional manner.
- Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Procuring and provisioning IT hardware (laptops, mobile phones, monitors, etc).
- Working from the inner northern Melbourne office with some hybrid flexibility.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience providing 1st and 2nd level IT Support.
- Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Intune and Network troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Microsoft and Azure certifications are beneficial.
- Prior experience working within a NFP organisation is advantageous.
