This national NFP organisation is seeking 2x Level 1/2 IT Support Analysts for permanent opportunities commencing as soon as possible! Your new role

In this exciting role, you will be:

• Providing 1st and 2nd level onsite and remote IT support to ~2,700 users across Australia.
  
• Supporting both Service Desk and Desktop environments.
  
• Performing account administration within Active Directory, Exchange, Officer 365, and bespoke applications.
  
• Assisting with IT related projects and contributing to knowledgebase documentation.
  
• Ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLAs in a calm and professional manner.
  
• Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  
• Procuring and provisioning IT hardware (laptops, mobile phones, monitors, etc).
  
• Working from the inner northern Melbourne office with some hybrid flexibility.
  

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you will need:

• Demonstrated experience providing 1st and 2nd level IT Support.
  
• Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Intune and Network troubleshooting.
  
• Excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.
  
• A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Microsoft and Azure certifications are beneficial.
  
• Prior experience working within a NFP organisation is advantageous.
