The Brosnan Golf Group is looking for a mature minded person to join its customer service team. Based at our Head Office, the successful applicant will be required to deliver exceptional customer service to our numerous retail stores as well as our online customers.

This is a very dynamic role and we are looking for someone with strong customer service skills along with a keen eye for detail.

Daily duties will include:

Handling all aspects of customer service, including customer product and order enquiries for our company owned stores

Processing stock orders, customer returns, credits and general administration

Supporting internal retail sales staff to help them achieve sales targets

General administration of online customer service area

Data entry will be a key requirement for this role

The ideal candidate will possess:

A keen interest and understanding of the game of Golf

Previous customer service experience with a sales focus

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Advanced proficiency with MS Office - Word,Excel and a knowledge of Pronto and Xero software applications would be highly regarded

The ability to problem shoot within a small dynamic team
