With rapid and continued business growth in 2025, we are seeking to expand our friendly, supportive and successful Customer Service team with another customer focused, highly motivated and detail oriented Customer Service Superstar.
Label Power print high quality full colour labels and provide cost-effective printing solutions.
Based in Acacia Ridge, we design and print full colour labels, stickers and tags - including beer labels, chemical labels, cosmetic labels, food labels, wine labels and custom labels. Label Power uses state of the art digital and flexographic printing technology to print stunning and creative labels.
About the Position:
This is a permanent, full time position where you will be provided with a terrific opportunity to put your exceptional sales support and customer service experience and skills into action to drive performance and continual improvement in this busy customer-oriented environment. Experience in Customer Service is preferred with printing industry experience highly regarded, however we are also open to working with and training a go-getter who is eager to commence a career in customer service / administration.
Reporting directly to the business owners, your primary objective will be to provide support and assistance to our existing customers, developing mutually rewarding relationships and delivering an exclusive customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities for the Role:
Developing outstanding customer relationships, based on trust and respect
Providing customers with the total customer solution and experience.
Develop an understanding of the needs of each customer and create solutions to meet / exceed their needs.
Communicating with customers to understand their needs and explain product value
Identifying industry trends and maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services with the view to support your accounts.
Maintaining a thorough technical understanding of printing methods and product options to further assist and support customers.
Identifying opportunities to increase sales and further retain customers, communicating regularly with the Sales team.
Communicating regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction with service and to keep them informed about new products or services that might be of interest.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate customer need fulfilment.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have strong customer service experience (or a proven desire to start your career in Customer Service) and enjoy working in a fun, collaborative and supportive environment. You will enjoy the challenge of learning a complex and interesting industry to support your customers with all their label needs. Your outstanding communication and time-management skills, together with your ability to work under pressure and multi-task is paramount to success in this role. We are looking for an individual who is happy to hit the ground running, with a team cheering and supporting you all the way! You will pride yourself on your ability to go above and beyond to ensure that business and customer objectives are met.
You will also have:
Strong customer service experience and skills
A passion for ensuring customer experience standards and procedures are encouraged, supported and maintained for both internal and external stakeholders
A strong results focus with exceptional attention to detail
Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges and opportunities
A genuine, warm and engaging personality
The ability to remain professional and composed in all situations
Advanced in MS Office Suite, with minimum intermediate level proficiency in Excel and Word.
Outstanding communication and administration skills;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fast-turn-a-round business;
An exceptional work ethic
The ability to collaborate effectively with team and customers
Able to work both independently & within a team;
