About the role
You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, people-focused payroll service across the firm’s national workforce. Working closely with multiple departments, you’ll ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement of payroll processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly, professional, and timely payroll support to all employees
Ensuring full compliance with company policies, awards, and employment legislation
Managing payroll adjustments, leave reconciliations, terminations, and related tasks
Interpreting awards and agreements to ensure accurate pay outcomes
Maintaining payroll systems and ensuring data integrity
Processing and verifying weekly, monthly, quarterly, and end-of-year reports
Administering workcover and other payroll-related matters
About you
Positive, diligent, and team-oriented, with a proactive approach
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated payroll experience and sound understanding of Fair Work / employment standards
Strong administration and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capability
