Are you ready to bring your financial expertise to a dynamic and supportive team? We’re seeking a Senior Finance Officer to join a well-established Edwardstown business in a part-time role. This is your chance to take ownership of financial operations while enjoying a flexible schedule, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial operations using Xero

Manage month-end processes and reporting

Handle end-to-end payroll

Accounts payable and receivable management

Process invoicing and reconciliations

Provide general office administration and support

Manage emails and correspondence

About You

Proven experience in a similar finance or bookkeeping role

Advanced skills in Xero, Microsoft Office, and Excel

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and time management abilities

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
