ROUSSOS is partnering with a well-established Adelaide commercial builder renowned for delivering premium, design-driven fit-out projects across retail, hospitality, office, and boutique commercial sectors. With a strong leadership team and a consistent pipeline of high-value projects, this business offers an environment where experienced Project Managers can take ownership, lead high-performing teams, make key decisions, and deliver exceptional outcomes from day one. This builder is conscious about finding the right person to complement the team already in place and would also consider a strong Senior Project Coordinator who is ready to take the next step in their career.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the State Leader, you will:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for commercial fit-outs, including retail, hospitality, office, and boutique new builds.
• Oversee programming, procurement, subcontractor coordination, contract administration, RFIs, variations, and progress claims.
• Lead project meetings, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
• Mentor and coordinate teams, shaping the delivery culture on-site and in the office.

The Like Mind:

• Experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator with a proven track record in commercial construction, ideally with fit-out or design-led projects.
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, site management, and project coordination.
• Confident, decisive, and able to lead teams while managing complex projects independently.
• Collaborative, professional, and committed to delivering premium project outcomes.
• Confidence to lead significant projects with autonomy and impact.
• Work within a respected, innovative team with a strong pipeline of projects.
