Title: HR Services Advisor, Temporary - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week.

12 month Parental Leave backfill.

Salary Range: $85,745.17 to $99,650.39 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:

The key focus areas of this role include:

Assist hiring managers through the provision of end-to-end system support for the recruitment process, resulting in the efficient and compliant onboarding of successful candidates with minimal delays.

Assist with the pay run process, including identifying last minute timecard issues for rectification, resolving systems issues as they arise or escalating to the appropriate SME team for resolution to ensure Council employees are paid accurately and on time each fortnight with minimal historical corrections required.

Develop and provide expert Award interpretation and advice to Council employee on tier one enquiries, escalating to the appropriate SMW team as required in order to enhance employees’ understanding of conditions of employment across all levels of Council.
