Our global client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their high-performing, personable team. This is a 360 HR role — partnering with stakeholders, supporting talent, and driving operational excellence across borders.

About the role:

End-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle

Partnering with Partners and business leaders on performance, engagement, and development

Coordinating with offshore support teams to deliver seamless service

Navigating international structures and cross-border HR processes

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation

Working with the global HR team on firm wide projects and initiatives

About you:

3–5 years’ HR experience in legal or professional services (ideally in a global firm)

HR Degree & knowledge of Australian workplace legislation & awards

You’re articulate, engaging, and know how to tailor your tone — whether speaking to a senior partner, delivery a team update, or having a tricky HR conversation

Confident with technology, reporting and attention to detail

Ideally experience working with offshore teams
