Our client is one of South East Queensland's most well known developers of high-end multi-residential projects with a focus on quality and design. They are now looking for a technically strong Senior Architect to support the Design Director in a 2IC capacity, working from design stages and being responsible for preparing DA packages and For Construction drawings autonomously, while also providing some support for junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and deliver DA packages from initial design concepts

Attend all relevant meetings and coordinate between all consultants whilst maintaining design intent.

Support Design Director in design stages

Developing For Construction drawings for the inhouse build team.

Skills & Experience

Degree qualification in Architecture

Strong understanding of the design process on local projects

Experience in the design and delivery of multi-residential /private-residential projects

Proficiency in Revit

Solid understanding of Australian standards and BCAs

Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
