Humble beginnings, this business started out selling Equipment just over 8 years ago, they have written to rule book on building great Sales professionals that have the ability to earn over $200,000. This operation is built through giving exceptional Sales staff the ability to sell high end equipment and provide the technical backup and support required to make sure that you not only succeed but have the leadership and support from day 1. The business has employed 15 staff, and they are on the rise, with 3 different divisions and award-winning business. They have some massive goals and targets that they wish to achieve over the next 5 years. With a brand new 20,000sqm office that is being built and new branding, magazines, trade shows, social media platforms and doing whatever it takes to build the business they will achieve the targeted growth within the set time frame. This is an exciting time to join a business that is going to triple in size over the next 5 years.

Job Opportunity –

We are searching for High-end Tooling reps that has sold packaged equipment into the residential market, The reason for this is that we understand that this market is built on strong relationships. We need you to come onboard with this experience. You will focus on selling to the following markets and customers

· Builders

· Contractors

· Civil

· Tradies

· Landscape gardeners

· Farmers

· Owner Operators

· Local Councils

· Hire companies

Your role is to walk on to these sites, introduce yourself to the MD, site managers, contractors whoever is the boss. Provide a detailed understanding of your product offer and upsell the equipment to the best of your ability. You can provide finance for each machine and or set payments either cash or credit payments. There is huge flexibility, but the first down payment must be paid, and equipment can’t be collected unless full payment is made or finance package is put in place. Once you understand what the customer wants you can start putting in place full solution packages that increase productivity for their jobs. You will also offer machine demonstrations and marketing material to each customer and answer any questions that they might have. You can even invite customers to your office operation, and they can sit in variety of machines and test and play with the equipment.

We need you to be excellent at closing deals, Once you have gained the trust of the customer, and he/she is ready to sign the deal you will need to close and outline the next steps that need to happen before they can pick up their machinery.

All good reps that work for the business start to build their own social media platforms and will advertise the new customer and start to build a following of each customer and machine delivery. This has created great success with current staff and seen their areas explode in new customers and equipment sales.

Candidate requirements

· 3 + years external sales Experience – This is critical

· Strong at building and creating relationships within the customer above

· Excellent closing skills

· Strong communication and excellent listening skills

· Expert at territory management

· CRM exp

· Highly motivated, team player and if you’re competitive in sales this would be great.

· You must show great stability in your career and proven sales results

Salary Package –

You will be offered full training, product support, team nights out, excellent leadership from management, social media training. You will be a part of trade shows and demo days. The package is broken as follows:

· Base salary - $90,000 to $100,000

· Super 12%

· Company Dual Cab Ute + Fuel Card + Tolls

· Phone and Laptop

· Uncapped Coms 1% of Sales Price

· Uniform

· Staff day and yearly events
