Sparc* is seeking a talented Project Architect or a Senior Graduate Architect with around 5 years' office experience to join our growing special projects group. This is an exciting opportunity to secure a stimulating and rewarding role in contributing to projects of social and market interest alike in the residential, multi-residential, health, community, and commercial sectors. The successful candidate will be working with a team of like-minded architects and designers recognised for pragmatic and innovative design solutions in a collegiate working environment.

Having established ourselves in 2002 working exclusively in the south-east Queensland market, to today providing expert Architectural consultancy throughout Australia, and overseas locations including the UK, UAE, Fiji, and NZ. The Role / Key Responsibilities

As a Project Architect or Senior Graduate Architect, you will play a central role in guiding projects from concept to completion. You will:

- Work within a small team of motivated designers and architects

- Work directly with clients and consultants at the forefront of the industry

- Apply a strong design sensibility to a wide range of satisfying challenging projects

Skills and Experience

- 5+ years' professional experience (multi-unit residential essential).

- Demonstrated strength in design thinking and high-quality documentation delivery.

- Proven responsibility and motivation across all stages – construction services/site phase experience (highly valued).

- Confidence in consultant and client engagement.

- Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD. We are an ArchiCAD office, although we are happy to train you. Training and time to adapt provided.
