A fantastic opportunity exists for a Senior Interior Designer to join a leading multidisciplinary design practice based on the Gold Coast. With a celebrated portfolio of high-rise multi-residential, hotel and mixed-use developments, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects from concept through delivery, alongside a collaborative and experienced team.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the interiors of landmark buildings, contributing to design vision, client engagement, documentation and coordination. This is an ideal role for a talented designer ready to take ownership within a respected practice known for its integrated approach to architecture, interiors and landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design development for multi-residential, hotel and mixed-use tower interiors

Manage concept presentations, FF&E selections and documentation packages

Coordinate with architects, consultants and suppliers

Mentor junior designers and contribute to design direction within the studio

Ensure high-quality design outcomes aligned with client and project objectives

Skills & Experience

Degree qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture

8+ years’ professional experience, ideally on large-scale multi-residential or hotel projects

Strong conceptual design and spatial planning skills

Proficiency in Revit required (and Adobe Creative Suite highly regarded)

Confident client liaison and project coordination abilities

Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
