Labourly is partnering with one of Brisbane’s leading high-end residential builders, known for exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and a strong team culture.

We’re seeking experienced Carpenters for full-time positions with this builder, working on some of Brisbane’s most impressive architectural homes.

Those with proven leadership experience will also have opportunities to step into Leading Hand or Site Supervisor roles within the team.

About the Role

You’ll be working on detailed new builds and large-scale renovations alongside a supportive, experienced crew.
Sites are well managed, safety focused, and run by supervisors who value clear communication and well-presented trades.

You’ll be expected to:

Read and interpret detailed plans

Frame and set out custom wall and roof structures

Complete lock-up: cladding, window and door installs, roofing

Deliver high-end fix and fit-off including stairs and bespoke finishes

(If applicable) Assist in coordinating trades and overseeing site quality

Why You’ll Be a Good Fit

Trade qualified Carpenter (Cert III)

2+ years of qualified experience on high-end or custom residential builds

Strong communicator who values teamwork and precision

(For senior roles) Experience managing site teams and maintaining high standards
