An opportunity has become available for a Food Enthusiast to join our fast-growing business as Food Service Account Assistant. Reporting to and working for the Group Sales & Development Manager (FS) and based from our Sydney HQ, this is a combined office and in-field role. You must be passionate about food, eager to learn & grow and be motivated with a background in Food Service, FMCG Sales and/or Hospitality.

The role offers a clear path to career enhancement as we look to develop the successful candidate into our next NSW Food Service Account Manager.

Your core role will be to assist the Group Sales & Development Manager (FS) to:

Develop new accounts for the businesses

Service an existing portfolio of clients

Expand the product range sold within our existing portfolio

Build strong new and maintain customer relationships.

Be part of the NPD team developing new products

Manage the CRM to ensure ongoing customer service excellence

Deliver on the sales and gross profit KPI's set by the group

What we are looking for:

A proven Hospitality Professional, emerging Food Sales or FMCG team member. You will have the self-confidence and self-motivation to help us reach our ambitious goals. You will ideally possess 2-3 years of professional experience in Hospitality, Food Sales, or FMCG industries.

You would also:

Be a self-starter who is able to work well under pressure

Work autonomously as well as part of a team

Multi-task effectively in fast paced environment

Possess excellent communication, both written and verbal

Be dynamic with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Be ready to develop into the next phase of your career

This is a full-time role working Mon to Fri and offering above award wages, tools of trade and use of company vehicle for all work related travel. You must possess a current and full NSW Drivers License (manual + automatic).
